About our Aerial Yoga classes...
- Please pre-register guarantee your spot. There are a limited number of Aerial hammocks. You can Pre-register HERE.
- PLEASE ARRIVE 15 minutes before class. The hammocks for Aerial yoga have to be adjusted to each person which takes some time.
- The studio door is locked 5 mins after class start time to ensure the safety of guests belongings in the foyer and also to avoid disrupting students in class with late arrivals
- NO JEWELRY may be worn. The fabrics rip easily and can get caught in the fabric.
- Cancellation Policy- All Aerial classes cancelled less that 24 hrs prior to class start will not be refunded.
- You must be 15 years or older to attend.
- No cameras or cell phones during class
Aerial Yoga Class Descriptions:
Aerial Yoga (Open Level)
Suspended in a soft hammock, Aerial yoga fuses together classical yoga postures with elements of aerial arts.
No gravity inversions, upper body strengthening, and aerial “tricks” are just a few elements that will be explored in every aerial class. All levels are encouraged and welcome to come and pla
About our Aerial Silk classes...
- Pre-registration is required. All Aerial Silk Classes are offered as a 3 week series beginner course, specialty workshop, and a weekly open level class. There are a limited number of Aerial Silks.

Aerial Silks Class Descriptions:
Aerial Silks (Open level) Class
All levels of students will work in the fabrics. This will include climbing, tying knots and learning how to make transitions in the fabrics.
