

Meet Sandi!
My fitness journey began when I was just 13 years old. Exercise has always been my way to relieve stress and find mental calmness. Helping others achieve their goals and recognize their potential serves as the basis for my long-standing career. I am a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and Pre and Post Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist. My true passion lies in helping expectant moms prepare mentally and physically for labor and delivery. It doesn’t have to be scary.
I joined Mission in 2019 looking to improve my yoga practice. What I found was an amazing community of people who value their physical and mental health. I became an instructor in March of 2023 and teach Hot Barre (my own version!) and Hot Pilates. My classes are challenging but can easily be tailored to all fitness levels. I would hope that people who come to my class (and all of the classes at Mission!) find strength, confidence and an overall sense of well-being. Looking good on the outside is only an added bonus to feeling good on the inside-it’s amazing what our bodies and minds can do when we try! See you on the mat
